- Complete MLS application, signed by Managing Broker
- Copy of real estate license
- Letter of good standing from Primary Association
- Head shot photo in jpg format
- Full payment of applicable fees. Payments accepted by American Express, Discover, VISA, check or cash..
- Mandatory Training (see below).

Once all items are received and processed at PAAR, the applicant will be contacted to set up an appointment to meet with the Membership Department to submit payment, review fees and mandatory training requirements. Applicants will receive their login and Sentrilock information at this time.
Applications will not be processed until all items listed above have been received.
